Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my site take to complete?
You’ll schedule your design meeting for 4–6 weeks after submitting your intake form. That gives me enough time to build your site, customize your layout, and prep everything behind the scenes. Rush timelines are available on request (additional fee applies).
Do I need to have my copy and photos ready before we start?
Ideally, yes. But if you’re still finalizing things, I can use placeholder content and drop everything in once you're ready. You’ll have a space in the intake form to upload everything via Google Drive or Dropbox.
What platform will my site be built on?
All websites are custom designed using Squarespace 7.1. It’s easy to update, mobile-responsive, and perfect for service-based brands, creatives, and product sellers.
Will I be able to update the site myself after it launches?
Absolutely. I’ll walk you through everything during your live design meeting and provide a tutorial so you feel confident making edits, adding pages, or updating your shop.
What if I need changes after we launch?
You’ll get 1 year of email-based tech support included with your package. If you ever want to add more features, rework your pages, or relaunch entirely, you’ll have priority access to book those updates with me.
I didn’t work with you on my logo. Can I still book this?
Yes! The pricing is slightly higher for new clients ($3,500) to allow extra time for brand alignment. But you’re still very welcome here.
Can I add more features later on?
Definitely. You can start with the main package and add on things like a shop, blog, newsletter integration, or even copywriting as you grow.
